The General Accounting Assistant will be responsible for all functions related to the effective development and implementation of accounting policies and activities

The Community Development Officer is responsible for leading the community organization and mobilization with the goal of improving the lives of those in areas that Auro is actively sourcing cacao beans from, including researching, planning, monitoring, and evaluating program/project development projects. The Officer facilitates and strategizes to implement planned activities and initiate onsite interaction with targeted communities and project partners effectively and efficiently. This position is also responsible for conducting assessments to regularly update relevant information, measure progress in the implementation of projects and capture feedback from families and individuals assisted through various interventions.

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the Utilities and Facilities In Charge sustain utilities equipment such as compressors, water heaters, chillers and ACUs following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensures that they are in good running condition.

Performs preventive maintenance of all factory assets. Assists production team in repairing production equipment in the event of machine breakdown and conducts preventive maintenance as planned together with production personnel.

The Sales Associate - Institutional is expected to make Auro Chocolate one of the leading brands in the market. The Sales Associate is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to achieve company sales targets, concentrating on Institutional Clients.

A Head chef is responsible for all of the food coming out of the kitchen. They are responsible for ensuring that the food comes out of the kitchen in a timely manner. A few of the main duties of a Head chef are monitoring the quality of the food, following all food safety regulations, creating new food entrees, and coordinating the entire kitchen. They also have to hire and train new kitchen staff.

An Head chef should have five years of experience in the culinary field as well as a bachelor's degree in the culinary arts. One of the most important skills that a head chef will have is the ability to manage a kitchen. Another skill is creativity as the executive chef will need to be able to create dishes that wow customers (both internal under Auro Cafe and External/commercial side).

We are searching for an engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education. This position is concerned with providing the highest quality and consistency of all beverages served to guests according to Standard Operating Procedure and cleanliness of all station
